Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We will ship worldwide


Q:Returns and Refunds?

A: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please let us know if you have any problem with your order or there is any problem we can help with - we will do our very best to rectify the situation. Provided the item is in fully re-saleable condition and not marked blemished or fiddled with in any way we will take it back and provide a full refund less postage costs, or exchange it.  If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 30% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.


If anything arrives damaged or not working we will either replace, exchange, refund inc postage or issue credit. Whatever makes you happy. If you have any question about any of this please do get in touch and we'll do what we can to help.


Q:Warranty on pedals?

A: Yes - all Nine of Swords pedals are covered by a 1 year warranty. Just send it back to us within that timescale if you have a problem and we'll fix it.
